How do I purchase on Nimesto.com?

Our shop is listed in the navigation at the top of the site. You can click on it to go directly to the online shop or hover over it to find the specific categories you would like to browse.

Once you find a product, it can then be added to the cart and the check out process can be completed from there.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept Paypal.

Can I cancel or modify an order?

If you would like to cancel or modify an order, please email us as quick as possible so the correct changes can be made. Once the order is processed it is not possible to cancel or modify it.

Do you ship to my country?

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we do. For more information on returns please refer to our Returns page.

What is the warranty policy?

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, including issues with craftsmanship, up to 1 year from the date of purchase.

Any damage done to any product by the customer whether by accident, improper handling, or normal wear and tear will not be covered by warranty.

Nimesto is not responsible for any shipping expenses incurred by you when sending a product in for warranty.

Nimesto reserves the right to refuse any warranty claim. In case of dispute, Nimesto will have the right to make the final decision with no exceptions.

Do you follow CITES?

All exotic skins imported into the USA are imported in accordance with CITES.
