Delivery Information

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. After your order ships, a second email with tracking details will be sent so you can follow your delivery.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping on orders over $99

  • Orders under $99 are charged a flat shipping rate, calculated at checkout

Estimated Delivery Time

  • United States: 7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

1-Year Warranty

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. All purchases from Nimesto Jewelry include a 1-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Coverage Includes:

  • S925 Sterling Silver
    Covered for manufacturing defects and abnormal tarnishing (excluding damage caused by chemicals or improper care).

  • 18ct Gold Vermeil
    Covered for peeling or loss of plating under normal wear conditions.

  • Natural Pearls & Gemstones
    Covered for defects such as loose stones or faulty clasps.

Warranty Conditions:

  • Valid for 1 year from the date of purchase

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care

Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received

  3. Once approved, return instructions will be provided

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a few business days.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
